LGBT presents LGBT: Employment Legislation on Gender Identity Issues

Come join HRC's Diane Houston who joins a panel of guest speaker at CSULB Diversity Week program - "Employment Legislation on Gender Identity Issues"

Panel & Guest Speakers:

  • Andrew Oldershaw (Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center Young Professionals Council)
  • Rev. Alexander Yoo, M.A., MFTI (FTM International &
    GenderQueer Revolution)

    Following a 5-minute introduction where the moderator explains the purpose of the panel, each speaker will will be given the opportunity to give a brief presentation about their background, their interest in this topic, and their suggestions for (a) effecting advocacy on behalf of our collective LGBT communities;and (b) acknowledging rifts while exploring opportunities for continued dialogue and possible collaboration. The purpose of this panel is provide a safe atmosphere in which panelists can speak openly and "agree to disagree" if necessary.
